All pupils must have a Medical Conditions/Allergies/Dietary Requirements questionnaire completed and signed. Please can parents ensure that any changes to their child's needs are advised to the school office and a new form completed if necessary. See the form below.

Please note that if you wish your child to have prescribed medicine administered during the school day, we can only accept prescribed medicines in their original packaging. Please bring the medicine to reception with the form below completed and signed. Thank you.

School Nurses are responsible for supporting and advising children with medical conditions, school-age immunisations, Year 6 height and weight checks and more. They can also offer advice to parents on a range of issues. Your local school nursing team is the Romsey and New Forest Team.
