PE Subject Overview
This half term in PE, we set a 30 minute daily activity for all year groups to take part in. These activities focused on fitness, dance and improving key movement skills. For example, balance, co-ordination, strength and mobility. The activities and challenges enabled children to keep active at home using equipment that they’d be able to find around the home. We also made sure that we had a variety of fun activities, such as ‘PE with Joe’, ‘This is PE’ and dance instruction videos. Daily challenges provided by the New Forest School Sports partnership were also set weekly across the whole school in conjunction with a short instructional video by Mrs Cleeve.
